   The track "Schnitzler" was originally planned as part of a Conrad Schnitzler Remix compilation on the now defunct label Platelunch. Label owner Norber Schilling liked the track so much that he decided to put it out on a 7inch, for which he especially founded another label called Pop'Eclectic (named after the famous composition by Bernard Parmegiani).

   Legendary German eccentric Felix Kubin has been creating music and art for nearly his entire life. His extensive resumé includes radio plays, Dadaist synth pop, chamber orchestra music, film work, and experimental noise. He began recording minimal wave and post-punk in the early s, later forming electro-acoustic noise project Klangkrieg near the end of the decade. .

   Disco stomp and sway on 'Phonebashing' and 'I Lost My Heart in Reykjavik'; an improvised love letter to Felix and the city of Hamburg on 'Mondgesang', spoken into an answering machine by the creator of Kubin's album covers, Mariola Brillowska; the wonderfully corny and sleazy 'Hotel Supernova'; and, to round things off, a little twisted future jazz for the Eurotrash crowd, a remix .

   Side A of this 7inch was composed from scratches, hiss and noise artifacts of vinyl records, whereas side B contains aggressive digital distortions. Information on the sleeve: "Include yourself in the enjoyment process of artistic creation by causing damage to the vinyl .
